Keep the product name, variety, origin preference, crop year and intended use at the top. Then group measurements by type so differences remain visible.
Define methods, not only limits
A number is useful only when both sides understand how it is measured. Reference the agreed standard or testing method where it matters.
Separate mandatory from preferred
Mark requirements that are legally or operationally essential. Keep negotiable preferences in a different column to speed up sourcing conversations.
